The Youth Diversion 1:1 mentoring program, matches adult volunteers with promising youth ages 8-18. The youth will be matched with a mentor for a minimum period of six months.
The youth and mentor will meet once a week for a minimum of 2-3 hours each time. Throughout the match, the understanding is that the youth will be committed to achieving their goals set by themselves and the Program Coordinator.
